He has worked for over 15 years in taxes and, in addition to ten years’ experience in consulting, he contributes valuable know-how from his work with the tax authorities. Simone Moser studied law and economics at the University of St.Gallen (MA HSG in Law and Economics) and is a Certified Tax Expert. For more than ten years she has advised individuals, entrepreneurs, executives and family offices on tax matters. Prior to the foundation of xplena she was an advisor in a legal firm and in the Private Wealth & Entrepreneurs Team of one of the «Big Four».
Michael Zuber
Michael Zuber holds a Bachelor of Business Administration UAS and is a Certified Tax Expert with a CAS in individual taxation. He gained his first experience in the field of taxes with the tax authorities. He then worked for over 12 years with a “Big Four” as Co-Leader Global Mobility, where he specialized in international HR and tax consulting for international employees and Senior Executives.
Simona Cathomen
Simona Cathomen studied economics at the University of Zurich and holds a federal diploma as a tax expert. She has been working in tax consulting for around ten years and mainly advises entrepreneurs and their privately held companies as well as executives, private clients and family offices. In addition, she is also a lecturer for the EXPERTSuisse diploma course for Tax Experts.

Helga Kadar studied economics at the University of Zurich and holds a federal diploma finance and accounting. The first time she worked in the tax field, she was with a “Big Four”. In the last eight years she gained a lot of experience in the field of fiduciary services and real estate accounting. Her focus is on providing accounting and tax advice to individuals and legal entities.
